The Student Workbook instructs the student in grammar and mechanics, provides workbook pages for each skill, and has room for responding to the reading (journal pages). There are also pages for vocabulary journals, student-created alphabets, and sentence puzzles. The Teacher’s Guide explains how to use the program and has comprehension questions for each book, a brief guide for discussion of each book, instructions for daily composition, answers to the grammar pages, and ideas for expanding each lesson. The Pack includes the Student Workbook, Teacher Guide, and Aesop’s Fables. The remaining readers can be purchased new or used or checked out from the library. Hewitt does not carry these books at this time.
